Our engineering department can design various packaging for you utilizing industry-standard software. During the design process we will put into consideration three critical elements: structure, appearance and cost. The result of the design will be sent out to our customers in the file format of Pro-Engineer or more common formats such as JPG or PDF for their evaluation.

All our tools are machined in our in-house CNC tooling center. We make various kinds of molds from wood molds for samples, aluminum molds for semi-automatic thermoformers to steel molds for automatic thermoforming line. We can in this way shorten the total project lead time as well as can have better control over cost and quality. Optima now has an inventory of over 4000 molds.
